Get started with WhatsOn
A weekly what's on calendar for your Wix site
Show what is on at your venue this week, on your Wix site. Enter your weekly events once and the widget keeps the next 7 days up to date.
Add the widget
In the Wix editor, open Add Elements, find WhatsOn and drop it on a page. A sample schedule shows until you add your events.
Enter your events
Select the widget and choose Settings. Add your venue name, time zone and up to 3 weekly events with a weekday, time and name.
Save and publish
Press Save to site, then publish. When a night is called off, add its date under Cancelled dates and visitors see a Cancelled label.
What your visitors see
Always the next 7 days
Visitors see today first, then each day after it, so they never read an old date. Nights you call off are crossed out and labelled Cancelled instead of vanishing.
The sample above is what the widget shows until you add your own events.

Good to know
The schedule is stored in your site's widget settings. WhatsOn has no server, collects nothing about your visitors and uses no cookies. Search engines can read the events, because the widget adds standard event data to the page.
The free WhatsOn tool also makes an embed code and a calendar file for any website, and the privacy policy explains what is and is not collected. Paid plans are in development and not available yet.
