WhatsOn privacy policy

WhatsOn is a product of Tiny Tools. This policy covers the free tool, the calendar file and embed code on this site, and the planned WhatsOn for Wix widget.

The free tool

Your venue name, events, notes and cancelled dates stay in your browser. This site does not receive, store or share them. They are not saved between visits: close the page and they are gone.

Calendar file

The calendar (.ics) file is made in your browser and saved to your device. It is never uploaded.

Embed code

The embed code holds your schedule inside its web address. When someone opens a page that uses the code, their browser asks this site for the widget page and reads the schedule from the address. We do not keep a copy of the address contents, and we collect no personal data about visitors.

Anonymous visit counter

This site counts page views and button clicks, such as calendar file saved, embed code copied and widget viewed, without cookies. The count records the page, the referring site and the country. It does not identify any person.

The planned Wix widget

When WhatsOn for Wix is released, the events you enter will be stored for the Wix site that installs the widget, so the widget can show them. The widget collects no personal data about the visitors of that site.

Cookies and tracking

No cookies, no advertising, no profiling.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text will be published at this address with a new date.
