Get started with SheetTable
Show a sortable, searchable table from a public spreadsheet on your Wix site. Edit the sheet and the table follows. Works with Google Sheets.
Share your sheet
In Google Sheets choose Share, then General access, then "Anyone with the link can view". Copy the link.
Add the widget
In the Wix editor, open Add Elements, find SheetTable and drop it on a page. A sample price list shows until you add your link.
Paste your link
Select the widget, choose Settings, paste the link and press Test link. It tells you how many rows and columns it found.
Publish
Publish your site. Visitors can sort any column and search every column.

Settings
- Sheet link
- A Google Sheets link, or the https address of a public CSV file.
- Table title
- Optional heading above the table.
- First row is the header
- On by default. Turn off if your sheet has no header row.
- Search and sort
- Each can be turned off.
- Row limit
- The free plan shows up to 100 rows. A "Powered by SheetTable" line appears under the table.
If the table does not load
The most common cause is a sheet that is not shared as "Anyone with the link can view". Fix the sharing and reload the page. Private sheets cannot be shown.
The free SheetTable tool also makes an embed code for any website, and the privacy policy explains what is and is not collected. SheetTable does not store your sheet or your visitors' data.
