See what a Terraform plan or a Bicep what-if will do before you merge. One clear pull request comment: added, changed, destroyed, replaced, and whether your own rules pass.
What it does
- Reads
terraform show -jsonoutput oraz deployment group what-if -o jsonoutput. The format is detected for you. - Counts resources to add, change, destroy and replace. A delete plus create is shown as a replace.
- Flags destructive changes and can fail the step when it finds one.
- Checks a small YAML policy file: block destroys of chosen types, require tags, deny types.
- Posts one comment per plan and updates it in place on every push. Sets one pull request status.
- Runs inside your pipeline. Nothing leaves your organisation. No telemetry.
