FormCap privacy policy

FormCap is a Google Forms add-on by Tiny Tools.

What FormCap collects

Nothing. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal data, form content or responses.

What FormCap does with your form

While you use it, FormCap reads the number of responses and how often each choice was picked, so it can apply your rules. It changes the choices of questions you set limits on, and it opens or closes the form. This happens inside Google's systems, in your own Google account.

Where settings are kept

Your rules and the original list of choices are saved in the add-on's properties attached to your form, in your Google account. Turning all rules off deletes them.

Network and tracking

The add-on makes no requests to any outside server. It has no analytics, no cookies and no advertising. This website counts page views and button clicks without cookies.

Permissions

FormCap asks for access to the current form only, to create triggers (so it can react when someone submits and at your open and close times), and to show its sidebar.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new text will be published at this address with a new date.
